Scientific Name: Adenolobus pechuelii
Common names: Namib Neat's foot ; Namib-beesklou in Afrikaans.
Description: Small shrub of up to 1.5 m with yellow flowers found in the semi-desert regions of Botswana and Namibia.
Medical uses: Roots have been used by the Topnaar people in the Namib Desert to treat liver complaints.
Nutritive uses: Is well grazed by domestic and wildlife.
