Departing from Windhoek, we first travel in a south-west direction
towards the desert, to begin our safari by exploring the majestic red dunes
of Sossusvlei and the Namib-Naukluft National Park region.
Next is the spectacular diverse wildlife of the Etosha National Park combined with the predator cats (leopard & cheetah) of the Africat Foudation at Okonjima.
From the Etosha Park, the safari explore the southern region of the Kaokoland and the Himba tribe, before moving on to Twyfelfontein and scenic rugged Damaraland region.
Damaraland is an gateway to the Skelton Coast and coastal town of Swakopmund on the Atlantic. From here we return to Windhoek.
Going east from Windhoek, we cross the Botswana border into the Kalahari desert region of Ganzi. From Ganzi we make our way to the water-world of the Okavango Delta, where we will explore the Delta islands and water-ways by traditional canoe.
Leaving the Delta behind, we cross back into Namibia via the Mahangu Game Reserves, and make our way into the Caprivi Strip of Namibia.
The Caprivi is totally different from the rest of Namibia, and nearly sub-tropical in climate with large herds of elephant and buffalo.
Next is the Chobe National Park in Botswana, which border the Caprivi. Here we will do a game drives along the Chobe river, and also go on an wildlife viewing sun-downer cruise on the Chobe. This sun-downer cruise is considered to be one of the best in Africa.
Crossing the border at Kazangula, we make our way to Zambia's Victoria Falls at Livingstone.
There will be enough time to explore the Falls, or even to do the many optional adventure activities on offer here.
Our safari ends at Victoria Falls, and there is an optional two day return to Windhoek available.
