Ever green scrub found in the Damaraland region of Namibia. Can grow up to 3
meters high, and have small reddish-black berries.
Locals make a very potent beer from it.
The desert elephants of Damaraland love the succulent leaves, and also
some-times go right into the bush for shade.
The local Damara people call this the Khori bush, and the village of Khorixas is
named after it.
